Chaine des Rotissuers Celebrates Bastille Day at

Park City Club

Wednesday July 14, 2010

Last year the Dallas Bailliage enjoyed our first Bastille Day Celebration at The Grape.  An  informal atmosphere, free flowing wine from our cellar and of course, great food, all combined to make the event a smashing success.  This year we’re going to Celebrate Bastille Day ~ la Deuxième Partie while enjoying some of France’s finest wines.

The evening will begin with a Dom Perignon Champagne reception.  We’ll once again open up our cellar and add some amazing Grand Cru and Premier Cru wines from the heart of Burgundy and Bordeaux at this delicious buffet dinner and wine tasting.  There will be 15 wines to enjoy over the course of the evening.

Executive Chef Michael Gregory is preparing traditional French fare presented in an informal setting.  While slightly more upscale that last year’s event, this will be a casual affair.  It’s scorching hot outside, so dress comfortably.  (no shorts please)  Wear the colors of the French Revolution and come hungry!

Guests and prospective members are welcome.
