Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs - Induction Dinner Sunday, November 10, 2013

Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs are pleased to invite you to the Annual Induction Dinner on Sunday, November 10, 2013 at The Mansion on Turtle Creek

This extraordinary evening will begin at 6:30pm with a reception followed by our annual induction ceremony and dinner at 7:30pm.  Our induction ceremony will be conducted by Bailli-Provinciale Rufus Cressend of New Orleans.  Serving as Presidents for the dinner are Chevalier Sidney Gicheru and Chevalier Hien Nguyen.    

This year our dinner will be held in conjunction with Kistler Vineyards of Sonoma.  Kistler Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs are among the most highly rated in the country and are available only through their mailing list.  Their wines will be featured during our main courses. Joining us as a distinguished guest is Kistler’s head of marketing, Geoff Labitzke, who is one of only 34 Masters of Wine in the United States.  Chaine National Vice Echanson Charlie Bennett will also attend.

The cost of the evening is $185.00 per person.  The attire is black tie with ribbons.  Guests are welcome and this occasion is an excellent way to introduce new candidates to our organization.  As usual any cancellations made within 3 days of the event will be non-refundable.
